We are currently sourcing for an experienced Lease Administrator in Recoveries to join our Lease Administration team in our corporate office in North Bethesda, Maryland.  In this role you will focus on recoveries and be responsible for the day-to-day duties associated with billing Year End Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and Real Estate Tax Reconciliations for a portfolio of properties. This position serves as a liaison between Landlord and Tenant with regard to compliance of the Lease provisions related to Tenant Recoveries.

In addition, the Assistant Marketing Manager oversees marketing budgets, evaluates results, and assists the Head of Marketing for the region, in identifying portfolio-wide opportunities to optimize marketing efforts.

The Manager oversees the CAM and Tax recovery process, prepares the quarterly Tax accruals, coordinates and participates in the Tenant CAM audit program and the general CAM and Tax analysis of the portfolio from a billing and collection perspective, and provides guidance and support to a group of Recovery Lease Administrators. The Manager generates internal Lease Administration management reports, sets monthly schedules, and provides problem solving assistance and advice to the Lease Administrators, in addition to identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities and carrying out related special projects as required. This individual interfaces regularly with others within the accounting and finance department as well as property operations and legal.
